Valkeakoski, in the
centre of Finland's lakeland, invites you to enjoy its rich cultural
offerings, lively summer events and high-level services. The City
provides good living facilities, a wide range of freetime activies and
an exellent basis for investment and success. A place to live life to
the full.
The centre of Valkeakoski is a view of the Apia beaches and the sides
of the shipping chanel. Sääksmäki provides an adventure
in unique cultural and historical surroundings. The Rapola hillfort
takes you back to prehistorical times. For those who travel by water,
Valkeakoski is easily accessible since Mallasvesi and Vanajavesi meet
here.

29.5. The registration is finished
In due time we got 91 rally-pairs. In Class SM1 Ketomaa, Välimäki, Salo, Katajamäki, Sohleberg, Ketomäki and Tuohino... they all are quite fluent guys to handle their cars. We are sure that this event will be The Rally by all competitors. In Class SM2 Lindroos, Tawast, Tahvanainen, Pinomäki, Hirvonen, Hirvikangas and Nikara... enthusiastic and talented guys too show all their best in special stages.
Of course we are pleased to have also foreign drivers to this event. From Baltic countries for example Shaymiev, Berezkin, Grodetskiy, Vinciquerra, Koitla have decieded that participation in Finnish Rally is good to do. Thank you for that. Welcome to Valkeakoski!
Before the rally starts organisators have a marketing event in the centre of town - outside Koskikara market on Friday the 5th of June during 9 am till noon. There people can by Rally packages. There is a good possibility to see famous MotoGP driver Mika Kallio.
